Riverside Community Hospital
Riverside Community Hospital (RCH) has been providing quality and compassionate healthcare to the people
and families of Riverside and the Inland Empire since 1901. Riverside Community is one of the largest
full-service, acute care community hospitals in the County; centrally located in downtown Riverside.
With over 400 physicians on staff and over 1,400 employees, our team of healthcare professionals
utilizes the most modern equipment and state-of-the-art technology.
SRP Computer Solutions, Inc. and RCH
A critical need of hospitals is to ensure that its staff maintain their credentials through training
and course review. Riverside Community Hospital managed this through their onsite Department of Education
using a custom developed Rev/G database. When hardware and operating system upgrades began to make support
of this legacy system impossible, RCH contacted SRP to help convert their system to OpenInsight. Even though
the budget for this project was limited, SRP was able to deliver a fully migrated application without
sacrificing form or functionality. Most of this was due to the use of SRP's popular FrameWorks application
infrastructure product and Sprezzatura's S/List report generator. By combining these two well designed and
cost-efficient tools, SRP was able to provide Riverside Community Hospital a professional and flexible
system that met everybody's financial goals.

To Whom It May Concern:
We contacted SRP Computer Solutions, Inc. a few years ago to upgrade our old DOS
Revelation Program to Windows Open Insight. We had a lot of custom designed screens
and could not make the changes by ourselves, nor could our IS dept.
SRP quickly did the conversion for us and spent time ensuring we understood the program.
They designed windows that allowed us to make routine changes and updates easily.
They also added a program that allowed us to individualize our reports. Any questions
we had were answered promptly.
The software program has worked so well, we only needed to contact SRP a couple of times
to ask for major design changes, as our needs changed. They usually responded the same
day and made the changes the next day.
Our experience with SRP has been so positive, I would, without hesitation, highly recommend this company.
