When DSI needed to port their flagship AREV-based application, DocMagic for DOS, into a fully Windows-compliant application they explored many options. Having come to the conclusion that OpenInsight was the best path to take, they contacted SRP because of their well known reputation for being a leader in OpenInsight and AREV migration development. Originally SRP worked with the senior programming staff of DSI to assist and provide expert advice. However, when DSI began to roll out new products, SRP was asked to take over complete support of all DocMagic systems development. SRP continues to work closely with DSI to roll out new versions of DocMagic as often as the ever-changing mortgage industry dictates. Additionally, DSI's technical support department relies upon SRP for help with advanced problems related to installation, operation, and network configuration.
