Business Software Solutions
Every business, even within the same industry, has special requirements that generic software usually can not
handle. SRP specializes in developing software solutions that are tailored to each client's needs. This
approach increases the productivity and efficiency of daily operations by delivering features that compliment
the business rules rather than compete with them. Our experienced staff works directly with each client to
architect a system that fits the organization just right.
Typical features in SRP business systems include:
- Stand alone (workstation) or multiple user (network) configurations
- Ability to run on most networks (Microsoft*, Novell*, Linux*, and peer-to-peer)
- Ability to run on any Windows operating system (95**, 98**, ME**, NT, 2000, XP)
- User-based security access for all windows and reports
- Ability to associate forms and reports to specific printers
- Context-level help for any field that can be modified by the customer
- Powerful searching for any information within the system
- Easy internet access to and from the system (e-mail, http, ftp)
- Fax forms and reports directly from the system (requires the purchase of Fax software)
- Print or email forms and reports in Adobe's PDF format
- Generate and scan barcodes (requires the purchase of barcode fonts and scanning equipment)
- Import or export using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Integration with XML data sources
* Dedicated servers are recommended for stability and performance.
** Requires 16-bit versions of software. Some features might not be available.
Contact our staff and we'll be happy to arrange an initial consultation and demonstration.
